Mɨ̀jɨ mə a ala ́à

Achu is the staple food of the Bafut Kingdom dateing as of the reign of Mfor Feurlu(Fə̀əlu). Bafut girls who are married to men of other tribes, villages and countries of the world prepare the achu food in their marital homes. Thus, could be regared as a national and worldwide dish. There is equally the Achu Cultural Festival celebrated every year.
